A highly skilled and dynamic professional with more than 18 years of experience in the service
Industry with extensive knowledge in lean transformation consultancy and training.
Began the journey in banking with the colossal global bank Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corpo-ration (HSBC). Having completed more than a decade at HSBC covering all facets of banking, joined Nations Trust Bank (NTB) the fastest growing local bank which is an arm of John Keells Group. Was entrusted in rolling out the Lean and Sales Force Transformation of the Bank which was in line with the five year strategic plan. Headed Lean Transformation unit, reporting directly to the Company CEO prior to establishing himself as an independent Lean Consultant.

Currently holding the position of senior consultant Lean transformation at Asian Alliance Insurance and also is a director at the Prime Gear Corporate Solutions (PVt) Ltd apart from being the Founder / Principal consultant of BSN Consultants.

Having graduated with the rudimentary education from Trinity College Kandy, obtained a B.Com Degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura. Thereafter earned the MBA from AIBA (Australian Institute of Business Administration). Was trained on the job for a period of one year and certified as a professional level Lean Expert by the Boston Consultancy Group – USA. Also was certified as a fully accredited Relationship Manager while working at HSBC. Last was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt at National Institute of Business Management (NIBM)

Isuru Dissanayake
Junior Consultant at BSN Consultants

Isuru Dissanayake completed his high school education from Kegalu Vidyalaya prior to attending the University education. He represented his alma mater in basketball & he was a member of school chess team.

He obtained his Physical Science degree from the university of Kelaniya post his high school studies and joined one of the biggest conglomerates in the country as an in plant trainee in the field of LEAN. MAS is one of the pioneering companies practicing lean in the country and the extensive one year training has carved Isuru’s talents in having a sound knowledge on Lean concepts and management functions. He possess a unique blend of working knowledge with good eye calibration on identifying & eliminating waste through process improvement.

He joined BSN as a junior consultant after completing his training period with MAS with a vision in adding value to the company.
